Shipment Policy

We are free of responsibility for any non-delivery, as a direct result from out-of-stock items or other unforeseen events, such as, but not limited to, failure of delivery as a result of an oversight of our suppliers.

  1. Shipping fee is not the same every time, including fuel surcharges, and there is a possibility of fluctuation.
  2. If more ice packs are needed, there is a possibility of additional requests-shipping fee fluctuations accordingly.
  3. There is no responsibility in relation to import tax fee.

 

Customer information

When you place an order, you must include the information below.

The recipient's name, company name, address, zip code, contactable phone number.

Also, if you fill out the request when you ship it, our support team member will refer to it and proceed.

 

Order Cancellation

It will be automatically confirmed after ordering, and if you want to cancel, you can only cancel within 12 hours of ordering.

You have the right to cancel any order you've made, provided the product has not already been shipped. We proceed with the shipment within 12 hours of ordering. If the product has been sent out, the rules for returning a product apply.

Limitation of Liability

PromMedibeauty(Prom Co.) will not be held accountable and will not pay damages for indirect losses suffered by the buyer or a third party. Such losses include, but are not limited to loss of business opportunities, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of client interest and others, which can legally be constituted as “damages”. Dermal Cosmetics does not consider these “damages” our company’s responsibility and will not compensate any such form of loss.

The liability of PromMedibeauty(Prom Co.) will be limited only to the amount of the purchase made by the buyer. We will only pay an amount that is less or equal to the amount of the customer’s order, regardless what  type of liability is in regard to the specific case, including, but not limited to, negligence (ordinary or gross), strict liability, product liability, etc.

 

Intellectual property rights

PromMeidbeauty(Prom Co.) and our website use both proprietary and freely distributed images. Our goal is to always protect the intellectual property of creators, entities and other third parties and adhere to international copyright protection laws. If you find that text, image, video or other media have been improperly used, are violating your intellectual rights or are improperly/not attributed to their creator – please contact as at sales@prom-cos.com and let us know.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made depending on the payment option chosen by the customer, via issuing a charge back or a bank transfer refund. Shipping expenses will not be included in the refund, for returned items. Items that have not been sent will be refunded in full with shipping fees included. It can take up to a month for the refund to appear on a bank or credit card statement (depending on the payment service provider). In case of a delay, it’s advised to contact the bank or credit card company.

 

Only products sold at normal prices notified on the price list and website can be applied.

 

1.In the case of defective products (promotion products and not including those with a short expiry date)

  1. If you receive a different product than what you ordered,

 

  1. If there's a difference in the amount of content rather than the order

 

It can only be carried out after two weeks of delivery, and after that, it is impossible.

There is no refund for promotional products. Unused, unopened products, the packaging we received for the first time (the box we sent, the packaging method).

 

In the event of a defect, failure to receive the expiration date notice, or receipt of a product different from the one ordered,

The original shipping cost sent for the first time is excluded from the refund amount.

 

In the case of return, the need to induce exchange-policy (products excluded here, customs clearance products, marking, business notification is required).

 

In other general cases, it is impossible to refund, and in the case of return, it can be accepted if the buyer directly pays the amount. Regarding tax, it is not guaranteed. And it is possible to refund only when the product is received directly.
