Refund Policy
Refunds will be made depending on the payment option chosen by the customer, via issuing a charge back or a bank transfer refund. Shipping expenses will not be included in the refund, for returned items. Items that have not been sent will be refunded in full with shipping fees included. It can take up to a month for the refund to appear on a bank or credit card statement (depending on the payment service provider). In case of a delay, it’s advised to contact the bank or credit card company.
Only products sold at normal prices notified on the price list and website can be applied.
1.In the case of defective products (promotion products and not including those with a short expiry date)
- If you receive a different product than what you ordered,
- If there's a difference in the amount of content rather than the order
It can only be carried out after two weeks of delivery, and after that, it is impossible.
There is no refund for promotional products. Unused, unopened products, the packaging we received for the first time (the box we sent, the packaging method).
In the event of a defect, failure to receive the expiration date notice, or receipt of a product different from the one ordered,
The original shipping cost sent for the first time is excluded from the refund amount.
In the case of return, the need to induce exchange-policy (products excluded here, customs clearance products, marking, business notification is required).
In other general cases, it is impossible to refund, and in the case of return, it can be accepted if the buyer directly pays the amount. Regarding tax, it is not guaranteed. And it is possible to refund only when the product is received directly.
